The Civic Group

AMG has partnered with The Civic Group to provide electronic access to bid documents and other information required for bidding opportunities on a number of projects.

AMG provides electronic copies of plans, specifications, addendum and other bidding documents to The Civic Group for distribution through in the invitation to bid process.

In the past 2 years, AMG has bid on an average of 20 projects per month. Many of the projects are in the public works sector and the private projects consist of a select number of bidders. During these two years, AMG has bid over 300 projects, with a ranging value of $100,000 to over $15 million dollars. AMG has successfully been awarded over $30 million dollars worth of work. The majority of AMG’s projects are in the Southern California region ranging from Bakersfield to San Diego to Catalina. While AMG occasionally bids and receives projects in other areas, sub-contractors considering a paid membership to our system should be aware of the proximity of the majority of our work. Although we do not guarantee a minimum number of projects available for bidding, we believe that the past is a good guide for our future, as our company continues to grow and succeed despite the struggling economy.

The Civic Group provides the required web site infrastructure, FTP site, servers, maintenance, technical support and distribution network required for users to download and access electronic forms provided by AMG & Associates, Inc. The subscription fee for use of these services is a one-time annual fee utilized to maintain this service. AMG expresses that all documents found on this site may also be viewed in their Corporate Offices at no cost.
